Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure customers have a positive dining experience by greeting, serving, and responding to their needs
  • Present menus, explain dishes, and answer customer inquiries
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, serve with efficiency, and maintain cleanliness of service areas
  • Clear tables and maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Liaise with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt service and high-quality food presentation
  • Follow all relevant health and safety standards
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently

About You :

  • At least one year of experience as a Waiter in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work efficiently in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
