Job Description

Delivering exceptional table service that leaves a lasting impression is key to our success.

We're seeking dynamic and skilled professionals to join our team, providing warm, attentive, and memorable experiences for every guest.

As a Restaurant Section Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering incredible and memorable table service that keeps guests coming back.

You will manage your section with confidence, precision, and genuine care, showcasing your knowledge by recommending dishes, pairing wines, and creating unforgettable dining moments.

Collaborating seamlessly with our team to ensure a smooth and seamless service flow, upholding the highest health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Promptly reporting any health or safety hazards, incidents, faults, repairs, or cleaning needs.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A good understanding of food & beverage culture;
  • Dynamism and willingness to take on new challenges;
  • The ability to work in high-volume, busy environments;
  • At least 2 years' experience in a hatted style restaurant;
  • Understanding of wine and wine styles, cocktails, and premium spirits;
  • A genuine passion for restaurants and hospitality;
  • Great standards of personal presentation and people skills;
  • Effective communication skills.
