We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity at The Hydro Majestic Hotel for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our dedicated team.
This is a dynamic leadership role where you'll take charge of conferencing and event operations, ensuring seamless service and memorable guest experiences.
Outside of event times, you'll support the broader food and beverage outlets across the hotel, making this a diverse and rewarding position.

Just 1 hour and 45 minutes from Sydney CBD, the Hydro Majestic is one of Australia's most iconic heritage hotels.
Stretching 1.1km along the escarpment edge of the World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains, it offers breathtaking views over the Megalong Valley and a truly unforgettable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the setup, execution, and service of conferencing and event operation
Support restaurant and outlet teams during non-event periods
Deliver exception guest service and resolve issues professionally
Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards
Maintain high presentation and cleanliness across all dining areas
Manage stock, cash handling, and daily reconciliation
Ensure compliance with WHS and create a safe and empowered team culture
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
Proven experience managing events and working with multiple stakeholders
Strong leadership, problem solving and organisational skills
Excellent guest service and interpersonal abilities
Passion for fine food and wine, with a strong understanding of service standards
Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and public holidays
RSA certification (essential)experience in hospitality, ideally with supervisory or team leadership responsibilities
