As a Quality Controller/Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety within our facility. Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote quality improvement initiatives and standard practices across the site
  • Manage all internal and external audits; ensure timely resolution of non-conformance reports
  • Inspect quality procedures and manage process inspections, including paint inspections
  • Assist with warranty claims and customer responses; contribute to monthly KPI reports
  • Ensure safety by performing regular audits and monitoring workplace health and safety compliance
  • Evaluate environmental compliance through internal audits and support external inspections
  • Train personnel by preparing and delivering ad-hoc toolbox training
  • Communicate management directives and participate in review meetings
  • Champion company values and respond to related operational requests

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong auditing experience, ideally with ISO9001 and ISO14001
  • Experience in delivering training sessions
  • Manufacturing experience; aviation industry experience a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Effective communicator, confident under pressure, and strong relationship builder
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
