
Clinical Services Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing front-of-house operations and ensuring seamless patient experiences.
Your primary duties will include:
- Receiving and directing patients, visitors, and staff in a timely and professional manner
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating services with medical practitioners and other healthcare professionals
- Processing patient registrations, issuing invoices, and handling Medicare rebates as required
- Maintaining accurate records and updating patient information
- Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
