Job Description

This role provides comprehensive administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring seamless project delivery and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, balance competing priorities, and solve problems efficiently.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support, managing contract job setups, and maintaining up-to-date pricing documents. They will also craft tailored customer quotes that reflect value, accuracy, and responsiveness to client needs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Contract Management: Manage contract job setups to support project delivery and compliance.
  • Pricing Management: Maintain up-to-date pricing documents and ensure accuracy in customer quotes.
  • Customer Communication: Craft tailored customer quotes that reflect value, accuracy, and responsiveness to client needs.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and confidence navigating digital tools and platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Multitasking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • A meticulous approach to work with a focus on consistency and quality.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
