Overview

Reporting to the QLD Sales Manager, this role is responsible for supporting InfraBuild Reinforcing's Sales and Bid team with a range of administrative support activities. This role also offers the opportunity for hybrid work arrangements following initial training.



Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Sales team
  • Develop and maintain customer pricing structures aligned with business objectives
  • Craft tailored customer quotes that reflect value, accuracy and responsiveness to client needs
  • Manage contract job setups to support project delivery and compliance
  • Administer and optimise the Sales Hub System
  • Maintain up to date pricing documents
  • Prepare insightful sales reports and dynamic presentations


Qualifications
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and confidence navigating digital tools and platforms
  • Strong verbal and written abilities with a customer-focused approach
  • Proven experience balancing competing priorities, solving problems efficiently and multitasking
  • A meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of own role
