Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in the success of our sales activities and campaign management. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Support the Sales Team across all sales activities including campaign planning and execution.
  • Assist with building campaign proposals and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Create and run relevant reports to track campaign performance.
  • Liaise with clients on campaign site lists and photography agreements.
  • Communicate with Trading & CTU to build campaign site selections and prepare advertising contracts.
  • Provide post-analysis of advertising campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist Account Managers with Salesforce opportunities updates and closing.
  • Track bonus delivery agreed for campaigns set by salespeople.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Ambitious self-starter comfortable in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong administration skills with ability to work independently.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Problem-solving ability with strong analytical skills.
  • Clear and persuasive communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and work unsupervised with high level of organization.
  • Customer service orientation with focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Self-management and confidence in decision-making.
