Job Title: Talent Development Leader

Description: The Talent Development Leader will lead the implementation of the department's Learning and Development Strategy and Action Plan. This role is responsible for uplifting capability and growing critical talent to support delivery of the department's Strategic Workforce Plan and a high performing workforce.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead the implementation of innovative learning solutions projects, ensuring business benefit realisation;">
  • Manage, coach, motivate and develop the learning and development team to deliver best practice outcomes;">
  • Conduct learning needs analysis, instructional design, delivery, facilitation and evaluation to support target learning outcomes;">
  • Develop, implement and monitor performance measures, contribute to reporting, and identify areas for improvement based on data analysis;">
  • Prepare materials to support development of policy papers, briefings, reports and other documents on learning and development practices and initiatives.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources or related field;">
  • Proven experience in leading Learning and Development teams;">
  • Strong project management skills with ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously;">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;">
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.">
