Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new luxury residential project in Manly. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from start to completion.

About the Role:

The Project Manager will report directly to the Construction Manager and be responsible for managing a close-knit team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering commercial and residential projects exceeding $20 million.

  • A tertiary qualification in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, or a trade background is essential.
  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Project Manager on large-scale developments.
  • Experience in delivering projects in live environments is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent project governance, reporting, and programming skills.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment is crucial.
  • The candidate must have delivered at least 2-3 relevant projects within the Australian market.
  • Previous experience in completing projects from start to finish, specifically apartments or multi-level jobs, is mandatory.
