Job Description

This exciting opportunity will appeal to either a Senior Project Manager with residential, education, or retirement living experience looking to progress their career into a leadership role or a Project Director seeking a clear pathway to ownership of an established development and project management consultancy.

You will be responsible for delivering residential (apartments) or retirement living projects, working with a stable business that can offer career progression, a strong team culture, flexible working hours, and employee rewards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strong background in project or development management, stakeholder management, design management, engaging consultants, tendering, contract administration, and reporting on time, cost, and quality.
  • Ability to assist with business development and effectively manage teams.
  • Tertiary qualifications in construction management or similar.
  • Effective communication skills with high levels of emotional intelligence.
