Job Title: Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled welding professional to join our team as a fabrication specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience with various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, and joining metal parts using welding equipment.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine material requirements and specifications.
  • Set up and operate welding machines, torches, and other equipment to ensure high-quality welds.
  • Prepare materials for welding, including cleaning and inspecting surfaces.
  • Conduct inspections to identify and address defects in welds.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a welder or fabrication specialist in a manufacturing or construction environment.
  • Proficiency in multiple welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and practices related to welding and fabrication.
  • Certification in welding or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in various positions and environments.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
