Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Manager to lead our premium flexible workspace at Canberra Airport Business Park. As the welcoming face of our space, you will create an environment where members thrive and connections happen naturally.

Your primary focus will be delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining high-quality facilities and fostering a strong community through engaging events and personalized experiences.

  • Create memorable first impressions by managing front desk operations and visitor processes.
  • Lead customer onboarding with personalized welcome packs and orientation.
  • Plan and execute engaging community events that encourage networking.
  • Build strong relationships with members and respond proactively to their needs.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Maintaining impeccable presentation of all common areas and meeting spaces.
  • Managing meeting room bookings, setup, and AV equipment.
  • Overseeing mail handling and package management.
  • Maintaining kitchen facilities and managing office supply inventory.
  • Serving as a Floor Warden for building emergency procedures.
