Senior Systems Infrastructure Manager

A leading public sector organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Infrastructure Manager to oversee the maintenance, configuration, and operation of Windows computer systems and servers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Install, upgrade, and manage software and hardware.
  2. Resolve technical issues and provide training and mentorship to team members.
  3. Ensure the safety and security of company data and backups.
  4. Manage user accounts and assist with onboarding new users.
  5. Analyse system performance and recommend improvements.
  6. Develop and maintain disaster recovery protocols.
Requirements:
  • Advanced understanding of computer systems and networks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of data protection and recovery.
  • Experience in managing and supporting IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Full work rights in Australia.
