About Our Client

Our client is a well-respected growing organisation in the public sector. They are renowned for their commitment to service excellence and their significant contribution to the resources industry.

Job Description
  • Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of Windows computer systems and servers.
  • Install, upgrade, and manage software and hardware.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide training and mentorship to team members.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the company's data and backups.
  • Manage user accounts and assist in onboarding new users.
  • Analyse system performance and make recommendations for improvements, with the expectation to execute these improvements.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery protocols.
The Successful Applicant
  • Advanced understanding of computer systems and networks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of data protection and recovery.
  • Experience in managing and supporting IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Full work rights in Australia.
