Job Title

Civil engineering technicians play a vital role in delivering solar design and installation projects. They are responsible for developing project proposals, estimating costs, and preparing engineering design drawings.

  • Develop project proposals and assist in estimating costs for tender preparation.
  • Prepare engineering design drawings for various civil and solar ground mount projects in accordance with relevant guidelines, standards, and codes of practice.
  • Attend technical meetings with stakeholders and customers.
  • Conduct site inspections and measurements when required and report and document those observations in drawings or other records.
  • Carry out testing of construction materials.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project proposals and estimates.
  • Prepare detailed engineering drawings.
  • Assist in conducting site inspections.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering background in civil or solar PV, experience in project drafting, resource management, and exceptional communication skills.
