About the Role

We are seeking a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to play a crucial role in ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store.
  • Using various equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors throughout the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices.
  • Cleaning, dusting, wiping, and scrubbing shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains.
  • Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark - whatever the weather.

  • You will be working both indoors and outdoors, trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting.
  • A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
  • A keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
  • A passion for working safely and abiding by Coles Safe Work Practices.
  • The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
  • To be active and physically fit, you will be constantly on the go and lifting up to 17kgs.
  • Availability for a wide variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days a week.
