About the Role

As a Biomedical Specimen Collector, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting biological samples (blood and non-blood) with precision and accuracy
  • Maintaining accurate records for every patient and sample
  • Preparing and packaging specimens for transport and testing

You will work independently within our collection centre or hospital environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless operations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy or a Certificate III in Pathology Collection
  • Vaccine preventable disease evidence such as Hepatitis B and COVID-19
