About the Opportunity:
This position is not your typical 9-to-5 job – it's a unique opportunity to work closely with leaders through regular phone calls, site visits, and business meetings; provide practical advice and support to leaders to engage, retain, and mitigate risk; lead and support activities including permanent recruitment and onboarding, training design and delivery, retention, and more;
Drive key initiatives such as annual goal setting and year-end conversations, engagement survey action planning, and recognition programs;
Coach and support managers to enhance leadership quality and elevate team performance;
Skillfully manage employee relations and casework, including disciplinary or performance issues, grievance resolution, and accurate record-keeping;
Develop and refine HR documentation, including policies, position descriptions, and training materials;
Support workforce analytics and reporting, contribute to audits, workforce insights, and continuous improvement efforts.

- Proven experience working with leaders to coach and guide their decision-making process.
