We're looking for a HR Business Partner to join our collaborative People & Organisational Development team. This is a strategic, hands-on role partnering closely with Operations to drive culture, performance and meaningful people outcomes that drive business success
In this role, you'll:
- Partner with operational leaders to align workforce strategies with business goals
- Coach managers and team leaders to build leadership capability and lift performance
- Lead workforce planning and organisational change initiatives
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance, and compliance matters
- Drive engagement and culture initiatives to foster a high-performing, values-aligned workplace
- Championing continuous improvement across HR systems, processes, and practices
**What you'll bring**:
- 8+ years' HR experience (ideally generalist or BP)
- Expertise in ER, performance, coaching, and supporting change
- A collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder skills
- Resilience, initiative, and a pragmatic, solutions-focused attitude
