Job Description:
Cultivate a dynamic and inclusive work environment as our People and Culture Coordinator. This role will drive hotel culture by supporting key workforce functions including employee onboarding, offboarding, reward and recognition, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the People and Culture Operations Manager to implement effective workforce strategies
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for employee engagement and retention
• Provide exceptional support to employees through various HR functions
• Foster open communication channels to promote a positive work environment
• Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and improve HR processes
Requirements:
You are an ideal candidate if you possess:
• A genuine passion for building a career in People and Culture (or Human Resources)
• Current enrolment in or prior studies related to the profession
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Empathy and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life
• Strong computer literacy and administrative skills
• A trustworthy instinct and a solid moral compass
• Adaptability and a proactive attitude when facing challenges
Eligibility:
