The role of Transition and Engagement Professional is a crucial one in the Department of Education, Western Australia. As a leader in education and youth services, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic directions to maximise transition services across the region and schools.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance transition services;
- Supporting the development and establishment of career and transition plans and programs;
- Facilitating links between schools, State Training Providers, Registered Training Organisations, Education Regional Office, and the Department in implementing policy and key initiatives;
- Assisting schools to develop quality and innovative secondary pathways programs.
