Key Responsibilities

  • Offer authoritative advice on economic trends and strategic directions.
  • Develop insights to inform strategic messaging and support effective communication.
  • Establish and improve performance measurement and evaluation frameworks to drive organizational success.
  • Provide strategic foresight through scenario modeling and risk-informed planning.
  • Steward the insight ecosystem by connecting data holders, surfacing strategic questions, and reducing duplication of effort.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and academics to publish research contributing to policy debate and best practices.
  • Represent the organization in external forums and participate in relevant communities to ensure awareness of industry developments.
  • Build strategic capability across the organization by modeling analytical rigor, collaboration, and clear direction.
  • Lead a high-performing team with a shared commitment to integrity, evidence-based decision-making, and public service outcomes.
