Job Opportunity: Senior Health Economist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Health Economist to lead our economic evaluations team.

This role will involve designing, executing and communicating complex economic analyses that inform policy, access and investment decisions across a range of disease areas and product types.

  • Develop cost-effectiveness analyses (e.g., cost-utility analyses, Markov models, partitioned survival, decision trees)
  • Lead the development of economic evaluations for regulatory submissions
  • Apply economic methods to broader frameworks such as SROI and impact assessment
  • Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences through reports and presentations
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness and relevance
  • Contribute to client relationships, business development and proposal writing
  • Support internal capability-building and mentoring of junior staff

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree or PhD in health economics, economics, public health or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HEOR, consulting, academia, pharmaceutical/medtech or similar industry
  • Strong technical expertise in economic modelling (Excel, TreeAge, R or similar platforms)
  • Practical experience preparing submissions for regulatory agencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams
  • Experience with SROI, impact assessment or value frameworks
