Dynamic Business Development Manager Role

As a seasoned sales professional, you have the unique opportunity to join our esteemed team and leverage your expertise in property management.

This is an exciting role that requires you to source new business through local outreach, prospecting, and building strong relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Conversion: Effectively convert inbound leads from digital platforms, referrals, and internal networks into profitable opportunities.
  • Client Management: Develop trusted connections with landlords, existing and new, to deliver tailored property management solutions.
  • Rental Appraisals: Provide accurate rental appraisals and present property management solutions to clients.
  • Onboarding Process: Manage the full onboarding process from signed agreement to handover with the property management team.
  • Business Development: Proactively source new business through local outreach, prospecting, and building strong community relationships.
Requirements:
  • A current QLD Certificate of Registration for Property Agents.
  • At least 2 years of BDM or sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
