Store Manager Role

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for fashion and accessories.

  • Leadership: Provide effective leadership and foster a positive work environment.
  • Sales and Performance Management: Monitor and drive performance metrics.

  • Inventory and Visual Merchandising: Oversee inventory management and ensure visually appealing store displays.
  • Store Operations: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and cash handling.
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have previous retail sales and management experience, outstanding interpersonal skills, and excellent communication abilities.
