Style Ambassador


Job Description:

We're seeking a charismatic and fashion-forward individual to join our retail team as a Style Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and showcasing our brand's unique style and aesthetic.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized styling advice to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range, including fabrics, colors, and styles.
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect outfit or accessories to match their personal taste and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and create a positive store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising displays and events to promote our brand and products.

Requirements:

  • A passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
