About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our enterprise learning and capability agenda. As Head of Learning, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that equip our employees with the skills, mindsets, and experiences needed to deliver business results.

This is a senior leadership role that requires proven expertise in Leadership development, Capability frameworks, and taxonomies. You will also have a strong track record of managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), as well as experience using data and metrics to inform decisions and influence stakeholders.

You will lead the development and implementation of enterprise-scale learning and capability programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce. Your ability to set strategy, build relationships, and drive change will be essential in achieving our goals.
