About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position at Stockland's Minta site in Berwick, working 5 days a week, including weekends, with allocated days off during the week. The role offers a salary package, commission, and bonus opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to sales and after-sales enquiries, providing guidance and support.
  • Contribute to sales activities, including pre-qualification, follow-up, and meet-and-greet assistance.
  • Assist in maintaining systems, procedures, and controls to ensure efficient sales processes.
  • Provide a welcoming and helpful interface between the team and key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the delivery of agreed enquiry conversion rates from enquiry to deposit to settle per project.
  • Maintain and update sales systems and processes to maximise enquiry conversion and minimise cancellations of deposits.
  • Enhance Stockland's leadership position and reputation in the industry through sustainable sales practices and adherence to the structured sales process.
About You
  • You have an interest in working in the property industry and developing your career in sales.
  • You have a strong face-to-face customer service background with experience working in a sales support or administrative function.
  • You are experienced in delivering high-quality administrative tasks and activities, and you are technology-savvy.
  • You are able to multitask, manage your time effectively, and demonstrate initiative.
  • You are able to engage and build rapport easily with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • You are motivated to work independently or as part of a team.
  • You have your own reliable transport and a full driver's license.
