Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead client onboarding and engagement initiatives. This key position plays a pivotal role in driving excellence in customer experience, process optimization, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage collaborative efforts with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient new client onboarding within established service level agreements.
  • Analyze trends, share valuable insights, and drive continuous improvement of onboarding and engagement strategies through data-driven decision making.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal departments to achieve set objectives and identify areas for enhancement in onboarding and engagement processes.
  • Develop innovative solutions to increase adoption of our services and promote long-term client satisfaction.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A passion for innovation, accountability, and excellence in service delivery.
  • Proven analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, coupled with a calm and empathetic approach.
  • Strong influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
