Role Overview

We have a permanent full-time opportunity available for a Kindergarten Inclusion Support professional to join our team based in our office with travel to kindergartens for on-site visits. Hybrid working arrangements are also offered - talk to us about your needs and we'll see what can be accommodated.

This role is part of our Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) program, the largest provider in Victoria, helping create inclusive environments for children with disabilities, developmental delays, or complex medical needs.

You will play a pivotal role in supervising and supporting Additional Assistants working in diverse kindergarten services across several local government areas. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting on-site visits to provide hands-on support and guidance.
  • Facilitating face-to-face sessions to promote collaboration and skill development.
  • Coordinating online professional development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience and expertise in Early Childhood Education.
  • Strong communication and supervisory skills.
  • A current Victorian driver's license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Office suite.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
