
Kindergarten Inclusion Support Specialist

This role involves supervising and supporting Additional Assistants to help children fully participate in their kindergarten program. As a dedicated professional, you will visit services to provide hands-on support, offer guidance by phone and email, and lead both face-to-face and online sessions to build collaboration, learning, and professional growth.
">About the RoleThe position requires regular travel to kindergartens across various Local Government Areas. Hybrid working options are available, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
You will be working closely with our team to deliver a diverse range of services, promoting inclusive environments for children with disabilities, developmental delays, or complex medical needs.
">Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support Additional Assistants to ensure effective delivery of kindergarten programs
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to staff and families
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and supervisory skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Current Victorian driver's license
