Asset Finance Expertise

This is a high-level position in Asset Finance where you will contribute significantly to the team serving Corporate and Institutional clients.

The role involves working with a diverse portfolio of Shipping, Aviation, Mining, Rail, and Industrial assets. You will provide technical input on these assets during the origination process, prepare valuations, and manage residual value portfolios.

You will also be responsible for providing industry insights on new assets and emerging trends, as well as coaching and developing junior team members.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering (mechanical, industrial, mining, or similar)
  • Experience in asset knowledge from relevant sectors such as Shipping, Aviation, Mining, Rail, manufacturing plant, and equipment
  • Strong communication skills and experience liaising with stakeholders
  • Data analysis and report preparation skills
  • Financial acumen and Excel proficiency
  • Qualification with the American Society of Appraisers or undertaking this study with our support
