About Our Beverage Service

We're seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our beverage team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a warm welcome for every guest and setting the tone for their experience with us.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Prepare and serve beverages to a high standard
  • Making recommendations to guests about food and beverages
  • Owning your work area, managing stock, inventory, and equipment, and keeping the space clean
  • Handling cash and credit transactions
  • Working closely with your team to deliver a seamless food and beverage service

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience working in food and beverage outlets
  • Barista and/or bar skills are an advantage
  • Passion and positivity
  • The strength to lift, push, and pull big objects up to 23 kg
  • A good grasp of reading, writing, and basic maths
  • Flexibility to work night, morning, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • A current Responsible Service of alcohol certificate
