In this role, you will be part of the Global Client Group, which covers Distribution, Consultant Relations, Relationship Management, Global Client Services, and Learning & Development. The group aims to deliver a seamless client experience across the institutional and wealth channels.

As an AVP in Global Client Services, you will work closely with sales and relationship teams to provide excellent end-to-end service to clients. Your responsibilities will include managing client queries, working collaboratively with internal business partners, and ensuring timely and accurate responses to client requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate client inquiries, working with internal partners as needed.
  • Partner with the Client Transitions CoE to ensure smooth on-boarding and off-boarding of clients.
  • Deliver client communications on regular and key events, working with internal partners to agree messaging and timing.
  • Update Salesforce with relevant client interactions and communicate proactively with sales/relationship teams on issues and developments.
  • Maintain accurate databases of client information and documentation for use by the broader business.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7+ years of proven experience in client service in the Asset Management Industry.
  • BA/BS or equivalent degree.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well on teams and in fast-paced environments.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented individual with analytical skills.
Salary Information:

This role offers an attractive salary package, estimated at around $120,000 per annum, based on market conditions and industry standards. This figure may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
