Job Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team to deliver water and wastewater infrastructure projects from design through to construction, commissioning, and handover to the client.

  • Lead all areas of Civil, Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation (MEICA) Engineering scope of works on the project.
  • Responsible for programme management, commercial management, and HSQE development and awareness.
  • Will work closely with clients, client representatives, and third-party agencies to ensure a positive experience.
  • Manage project performance, risk, and opportunities.
  • Report monthly performance to the framework manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and co-ordinating a multi-discipline civil, MEICA, and process team.
  • Facilitating the coordination role of the PSDP for live projects with internal and external designers.
  • Representing the company as PSCS on live sites within your remit.
  • Conducting regular Health and Safety inspections and leading toolbox talks and white-board meetings.
  • Mitigating/reducing risk where possible and managing opportunities.

Requirements:

">
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the water and wastewater industry.
  • Experienced in Project Management of Civil and MEICA engineering works.
  • Ability to work under pressure to deliver project objectives.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Strong communication skills with a high level of motivation.
  • Full Driving License.
