Job Overview:

  • About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Training Coordinator to support students and trainers in relation to training needs, planning, and organisation of training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students and trainers with training needs, scheduling, planning, and organization of training delivery
  • Ensure the smooth processing of students from enrollment to completion

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly desirable)
  • Demonstrated training program coordination knowledge
  • Proven experience in organization and coordination of work experience placements, internships or employment
  • Vocational education background and experience with Learning Management systems (Highly Desirable)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Positive attitude and willingness to grow and expand
