Role Description

The key role of this position is to coordinate the delivery of training programs, ensuring that all administrative requirements are met and that students receive timely support. This will involve working closely with trainers and assessors to ensure they have the necessary resources to deliver high-quality training.

  • Coordinating student enrolments and generating training plans
  • Monitoring student progression and reporting on trainer assessment submissions
  • Ensuring that all student records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Providing administrative support to trainers and assessors
