Job Description: Casual EducatorWe are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Wonthella. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and interactive educational programs that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children;
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues;
- Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes the well-being and happiness of all children;
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives;
- A recognised early childhood qualification (ACECQA approved);
- Ability to work flexibly, including morning and afternoon shifts;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Commitment to providing high-quality education and care services;
- A competitive hourly rate of $35.50 - $40.00;
