Centre Director

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Centre Manager to lead our team at Guardian Point Cook East. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for creating a safe and secure environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a professional team of Teachers and Educators to deliver high-quality education and care to children.
- Build strong relationships with families to ensure they feel informed and supported in their child's education and care.
- Develop and implement a culture of quality and safety that aligns with Guardian's values and mindsets.
- Contribute to the financial sustainability of the centre by making informed decisions about resources and education environments.
- A completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards).
- Prior experience working in a long day-care centre in a leadership role.
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF.
- Budget and financial accountability experience.
- Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and current Working with Children check.
