We're seeking a qualified Diploma in Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Senior Educator. As a Senior Educator, you'll be responsible for leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Collaborate with Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children
