**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and sweeping/mopping floors
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, following recipes and instructions to prepare high-quality dishes
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment, with knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical stamina to lift 10-15kgs comfortably, with ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work a mix of day and evening shifts, including weekends
