We're seeking a highly skilled and results-driven growth hacker to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for designing and executing integrated performance marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, build brand authority, and drive measurable ROI.

  • Develop and manage full-funnel campaign strategies, landing pages, lead magnets, and retargeting funnels
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube targeting key B2B audiences
  • Implement and manage conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing automation tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
Key Skills and Qualifications">
  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing and campaign management
  • Proven ability to manage and scale high-performing ad campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, bid strategies, keyword optimization, and landing page performance
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, performance optimization, and campaign automation
  • Highly analytical, results-oriented, and detail-focused
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills for ad creatives and landing pages
