Now, we're looking for a Demand Gen Hacker to help us scale acquisition, reduce CAC, and build an unstoppable growth engine across digital, partnerships, and lifecycle channels.


Your Mission

Own the full-funnel demand generation and growth strategy

Design and execute performance-driven campaigns across paid search, paid social, partnerships, affiliates, SEO, GEO-targeting, and email automation

Test fast, learn fast, scale fast — with a hacker mentality and a ruthless obsession with data and results


Who You Are?

A hands-on growth marketer who doesn't just build strategies — you execute them

Data-obsessed with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where speed and iteration are key

Deep experience managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and beyond

Skilled in identifying channel arbitrage opportunities, running creative experiments, and scaling what works

Experienced in SEO, GEO strategies, and AI-based optimisation (AIO) for acquisition and performance gains

Comfortable wearing multiple hats — from media buying to conversion optimisation to data analysis — in a lean, fast-moving scaleup.

5+ years of experience in financial services, lending, or fintech is a strong plus


Your Core Responsibilities

Full-Funnel Growth Strategy & Execution Lead Fundo's acquisition roadmap across paid, owned, and earned channels

Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across search, social, native, affiliate, influencer, referral, and SEO Run rapid experimentation sprints to uncover new growth opportunities

Continuously optimise funnel flows and landing pages to increase conversion and reduce friction

Performance Media and Analytics Own performance media strategy and daily campaign management across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more

Set up structured testing frameworks for audience, creative, bidding, and channel mix

Monitor and report on KPIs across every stage of the funnel — from impression to funded loan

Partner with BI to build real-time dashboards and attribution models

Partnerships, Affiliates & Growth Loops Launch, manage and scale affiliate programs, lead partner integrations, and strategic partnerships

Develop co-marketing opportunities with brands and platforms aligned to our target audience

Test and refine viral/referral loops and incentive-driven campaigns to expand reach

Email Automation & Retargeting Build and optimise email/SMS/push campaigns to nurture leads from interest to conversion

Partner with lifecycle marketing to align retargeting with personalised journeys

Implement win-back and abandoned funnel flows to re-engage lost opportunities

Tech Stack & Tools Leverage tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Meta Pixel, Segment to drive insights and automation

Ensure data integrity and conversion tracking across platforms (CAPI, UTM structures, tagging governance)

Continuously improve growth stack to boost speed, accuracy, and efficiency

Key Attributes

Analytical thinker with a strong bias for action and experimentation

Deep experience in paid media, SEO, GEO, AIO, affiliate, partnerships, and automation

Data-driven and results-oriented; thrives in a KPI-heavy environment

Able to balance creativity with operational precision

Naturally collaborative, comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced scaleup

Certifications in Google Ads, Meta, SEO/SEM, analytics, or automation platforms are a plus
