Job Description:
Our organization is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and checking in customers, booking jobs and managing the daily schedule, quoting jobs and cost up invoices, ordering parts and managing stock as required, communicating clearly with customers about vehicle work before and after service, and maintaining a friendly and professional front-of-house experience.
As a Service Advisor, you will also have opportunities to assist with light servicing work when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in customers
- Book in jobs and manage the daily schedule
- Quote jobs and cost up invoices
- Order parts and manage stock as required
- Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle work before and after service
- Maintain a friendly and professional front-of-house experience
- Assist with light servicing work when needed
Requirements:
We are looking for a qualified mechanic who is ready to transition into a customer service/operational role. You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be a team player who is organized, professional, and customer-first, and be comfortable speaking with customers and explaining technical work in plain language.
Benefits:
- Competitive pay rate of $36-$40 per hour depending on experience
