Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries via SalesIQ (live website chat), with the potential to expand to email support.
  • Ensure that all product and order information provided to customers is accurate.
  • Process a concurrent volume of live chats daily while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and quick response times.
  • Coordinate with customers and the customer service team to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Address order discrepancies or customer concerns promptly, escalating to the Manager when necessary.
Required Experience
  • At least 2 years of Customer Service experience in a BPO or related setup.
  • Familiarity with live chat platforms, email systems, or ERP software (preferred but not required).
A Successful Candidate Must Have
  • Strong speed and accuracy in handling customer interactions.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple chats at once.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure order and information accuracy.
  • Effective written communication skills for clear, professional customer and team correspondence (initially live chat only, no phone calls).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
