We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to manage insurance claims from inception to resolution.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and effective communication with customers, conducting thorough investigations to determine claim entitlements, and developing strategies to optimize outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims from inception to resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers;
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine claim entitlements and facilitate settlements;
- Develop and implement claims management strategies to optimize outcomes;
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure effective claim resolution;
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve claims management processes.
Requirements:
- A strong background in insurance or claims management, preferably with experience in a similar role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously;
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding our values and standards.
