This is a part-time position at our Member Services center.
We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to provide exceptional service to members, guests, and program participants.
- Offer outstanding customer support in-person and over the phone.
- Conduct interviews with prospective members and give tours of the facility, promoting memberships.
- Foster strong relationships with members and help them connect to our diverse programs and services.
- Address membership concerns professionally and report unresolved issues to the supervisor.
- Apply relevant policies and procedures related to member services.
- Monitor locker rooms as required and respond to emergencies as necessary.
Excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering top-notch customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Motivated, positive, and committed to helping members achieve their health and wellness goals.
Able to work Monday-Thursday and various other shifts.
