Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing great customer experiences, and engaging with customers about their favorite beverages.

About the role:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
  • Engaging with customers and answering their queries about our products
  • Carrying out moderate to heavy lifting (up to 17kg) and reaching stock
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

About you:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Knowledge of local and imported beers, wines, and spirits
  • The ability to work on your feet for long periods and lift moderate to heavy loads
  • A current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification

Please note that an RSA certificate is a legal requirement for employment selling liquor in Australia.
