Customer Service Ambassador

This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and relational individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.

We seek a motivated and friendly part-time team member to provide exceptional service to customers, guests, and program participants at the Member Services Welcome Center.

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences in-person and over the phone to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with prospective customers, offer facility tours, and promote memberships.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and help them connect to diverse programs and services.
  • Address customer concerns professionally and inform supervisors of any unresolved issues.
  • Apply policies and procedures related to customer services.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a highly relational environment.
